Tanner is a true go getter!!! He would have at least 5 different places to look at each weekend if not more. He provided us with different flavors of the Eugene/Springfield area for us to decided which was to our liking. Tanner also provided guidance on where to stay away from and looked with a keen eye to possible issues with a house we were viewing. An outstanding quality of Tanner is his honesty. We have worked with many realtors from Portland, the Coast, Arizona and Eugene area and Tanner is someone we would work with again plus recommend to others

He was always prompt to respond to any questions that came up and was able to accommodate home viewings with my schedule. Above and Beyond Top-notch Customer Service says it all!! We were in process of interviewing several realtors when we met Tanner at an open house. After touring the home he was hosting and asking many questions of him we knew he was the agent we wanted to represent us in selling AND purchasing our home. We had lost his card so it was necessary to do some extra research to track him down we were so impressed. Very respectful, honest and hard working. He and his team helped us with getting our home ready to sell as well as making arrangements to have items fixed at the home we were purchasing, that the seller did not want to complete. Not only that, he made arrangements for a moving company to move us. All at no extra expense to us. All covered in the commission!! He felt like a family member by the time our transactions were completed. Such a knowledgeable realtor and yet not afraid to tell you if additional research is necessary before he is able to answer a question. I recommend him to all potential sellers and buyers!!!

Tanner, and his associate Erik, were absolutely amazing to work with. I had never bought a house before and they led the way for me with skill, knowledge, expertise, and they made the whole experience fun and virtually stress-free.
